Carrot Cake, Cupcakes for Thanksgiving

These carrot cake cupcakes, were so yummy! I got the recipe out of Buddy Valastro’s cookbook, “Baking with the Cake Boss” I used cream cheese frosting, and some brown sugar on top. I made the carrots, and pumpkins out of fondant, originally white, I used some orange food coloring, I used a toothpick for the lines in the carrots, and pumpkins.
